**CUSTOM ADDITIONS**
We sure do enjoy a challenge. When we're approached with a unique or custom room addition project, we can't wait to get started. A new room addition can be very beneficial in many ways. Increasing your property value is a good start, along with adding much needed space.

Every project is unique. What's unique about yours? Skylights, Crown Molding, maybe a Tray Ceiling? We can help. We'll schedule a time to meet where we can discuss all the details and answer all your questions.

We have two projects described below:
Project #1
This custom room addition was built for the home owners to have a larger area to entertain. Their existing dining room area was just to small for their often large number of quests.

The pictures above show the footer being dug and a poured slab on grade foundation.

One of the best features in this addition is the "Hip Roof".

Another awsome feature in this addition is the "Tray Ceiling".

This addition blended with their home beautifully, adding much needed space while giving the appearance of always being there.

Project #2
This custom room addition consists of building a new attached garage onto the front of the old one. We then remodeled the inside of the old garage creating a bedroom, large play room and a bath/safe room. See the categories to the left for more information.

A block foundation was laid and a concrete floor poured.

This project required a "LVL" beam for the garage door header and a tie-in of the roof system.

The next few pictures are of the framing.

Notice the "Hip Roof". This roof design goes with the existing structure making this addition look like it's always been there.
The new singles are dimensional. They add great texture and the new color really makes this roof look good.

Because the new addition covered the existing access to the crawl space, we installed a new window well access.

By using some of the existing stone on the house, and adding in some new, we matched the stone sided, again, making this addition look like it's always been there.

Be sure to look at our "Remodeling" page and the "Safe/Storm Rooms" page to see how the inside of this addition came out.
